About

We acknowledge differences as a strength, and we know that cultural diversity is an asset to effectiveness and productivity in any sector. Intercultural Competency is the tool to value and support it.

Our Program is grounded in people’s lived experiences because we believe self-refection is the springboard to inclusion.

We listen to our clients to tailor our client-centred and locally grounded solutions while providing evidence-based tools and strategies for your workplace.

Our training modules are based on extensive, empirical research conducted by researchers at the Centre for Research on Migration and Ethnic Relations at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.

We acknowledge the history of the Indigenous territory and lands of the Attawandaran (Neutral) where our Centre stands. The Attawandaran peoples once settled in this region alongside the Algonquin and Haudenosaunee peoples, and used the land as traditional beaver hunting grounds.
